When placing your order you 'the customer' are agreeing to make payment of 50% of the amount due and the balance upon delivery

Its is the person placing the orders' responsibility to inform Sparr Catering of any specific dietary requirements

​

You agree to me collecting the platter or any equipment later that day or the next working day and as such you will ensure you or a representative is available to hand them over

​

Sparr Catering will meet its regulatory duty to ensure food is cooked, prepared, transported and handed over at the appropriate temperatures. It is the customers duty to ensure food is stored correctly until consumption

​

Sparr Catering may Charge for  delivery outside the immediate Newmarket area, you will be informed of this upon your booking

​

Sparr Catering require bookings to be made in advance
